Captive Portal Redirect Bug Fixed (Maybe)

After upgrading to 5.10.23, several customers have reported problems with wireless guests not being redirected to log in to the captive portal.

Previously, I sent out an email with an unreleased firmware from Ubiquiti that was supposed to fix that bug. It turned out that it only fixed the problem for some customers but not others.

Ubiquiti has released another firmware now: 

You can upgrade your APs to this firmware manually in UniFi under Device settings.

Known SMTP Bug

There is also a known bug with SMTP not working on 5.10.23. A temporary fix for some servers is to switch from port 587 to 465.
