We don’t normally spam like this, but I have an important update.

Remote Access issues are resolved now

Every issue mentioned in the previous email is now fixed:

• You can log in using your Ubiquiti account

• No more MFA problems

• We blocked the annoying UniFi OS Server pop-up in the controllers

• iOS/Android connectivity when using a Ubiquiti account now works again

You are still going to get a pop-up in Site Manager that you need to upgrade to UniFi OS Server, nothing we can do about that unfortunately

But you don’t need to do anything about that

We are working on updating everyone in the next few weeks

Update testing is a key value of our service, we delay the updates because we do extensive testing to save your networks from meltdown

In the past we’ve prevented our customers from all kinds of major issues that they don’t even know about because their updates “just worked”

For example, yesterday we discovered a bug in UniFi OS Server which put USW Pro 48 PoE+ switches into boot loop after the upgrade

We found an escape for that but it required being on site

Today Kevin on our team went to Micro Center and acquired us a $1,000 USW Pro 48 PoE+ just so we can work on reproducing and fixing this issue before we update your server
