Upcoming UniFi OS Upgrade – What to Expect

Exciting improvements are on the way!

Over the next month, we will be performing scheduled upgrades of customer UniFi controllers to UniFi OS, as the legacy UniFi Network Application platform has been officially deprecated by Ubiquiti. This transition brings enhanced performance, stronger security, and continued compatibility with future UniFi features and updates.


What to Expect

  • InnerSpace data will not be transferred during this migration.

  • Administrator accounts and UniFi Network configuration settings will be migrated automatically.

  • Some UniFi devices may briefly reboot while the controller upgrade is completed.

Scheduling Your Upgrade
To minimize disruption, you may select your preferred upgrade date and time through app.hostifi.com. If no time is selected, the upgrade will be scheduled automatically during our maintenance window. We recommend choosing a time when brief device restarts will have minimal impact on your network.
